Welcome to Peaceful Schools.

We are a mother and daughter team with backgrounds in education, psychology, and community development. Between us, we have spent decades inside classrooms and leadership roles, working alongside children, teachers, and principals. We know how schools operate—not just in theory, but in the real world.

Peaceful Schools is shaped by that experience.

What we believe.

Wellbeing is not about adding more strategies or asking people to cope better. It is about creating conditions where teachers and school leaders can stay grounded across the year, so classrooms feel steadier, relationships stay intact, and we have a chance to focus on learning.

What we focus on

Our work sits at the meeting point of leadership, learning and wellbeing.

We support:

  • Teachers to create calm, responsive classrooms

  • Children to develop emotional regulation and a sense of safety

  • School leaders to protect their wellbeing while carrying the responsibility of a whole community

Principal wellbeing is central. Leaders set the emotional tone of a school. And when leaders are supported, the effect ripples outward to staff, students, and families.
